Birmingham Irish Association Christmas Party 2025

Birmingham Irish • January 24, 2026

In December 2025, we were delighted to come together to celebrate the Birmingham Irish Association Christmas Party, generously hosted by The Irish Centre. 💚

This much-anticipated event marked a special moment in our calendar and provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the festive season together as a community.

Our dementia service users were joined by their families, alongside our dedicated staff members, volunteers, and board members, for one large festive gathering.

It was truly heart-warming to see so many people come together in one place, sharing laughter, conversation, music, and seasonal cheer. The day created a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone could relax, connect, and enjoy the celebrations.

The entertainment was a real highlight of the event, and we would like to extend a huge thank you to the Bishop Challoner Sixth Form students and to Jobe from Ceol Creatives for their fantastic performances.

Their music and entertainment brought so much joy to the room, encouraging smiles, singing along, and even a little dancing, which made the celebration even more special for our service users and guests.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to The Irish Centre for not only hosting our Christmas party but for providing a delicious traditional Christmas dinner, which was enjoyed by everyone. The food, warm hospitality, and festive decorations all helped to create a truly magical atmosphere and ensured that everyone felt welcomed and well looked after.

Overall, it was a brilliant and memorable celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of Christmas togetherness, kindness, and joy. We are incredibly thankful to everyone who contributed to making the day such a success, and we are already looking forward with excitement and optimism to what 2026 will bring for our organisation. 🎶💚🎄
