Pairc 2025 Confirms New Partnership with The Birmingham Irish Association

Birmingham Irish • May 21, 2025

Páirc Summer Series returns to Birmingham this August Bank Holiday Weekend, with brand new features provided in partnership with the Birmingham Irish Association.

Páirc Summer Series, the UK's biggest celebration of Irish music and culture, is thrilled to announce its brand new partnership with the Birmingham-Irish association; the Midlands' leading charity providing support and cultural services to the Irish community. Their community engagement and outreach covers everything from Social Inclusion, Elders & Dementia Care, and Family Support to Passport Help, Emotional Support (and Mental Wellbeing), and of course, the encouragement and promotion of Irish Culture and Heritage Events.

So what does this mean for Pairc Summer Series? It means the inclusion of the all-new Irish Village hosted by our friends at the Birmingham-Irish association. You’ll find this at the festival grounds positioned underneath stretch tents, tipis, and marquees and will include:

  • Traditional Irish music stage with live performances
  • Soda bread making and Irish cookery classes
  • Irish music workshops; learn the tin whistle, bodhrán and more
  • All Things Irish shop - the iconic flavours of Ireland
  • Interactive GAA sports (hurling, camogie, Gaelic football, Gaelic handball)
  • Irish language tent

This highly anticipated event, now in its fourth year, promises a truly  vibrant weekend featuring a range of activities and vendors plus an incredible lineup of talent from both Birmingham and Ireland.

Attendees can also enjoy the festival’s own street food offerings, traditional Irish dancing, market stalls featuring local makers and Irish produce, outdoor bars, beer tents, and access to select after parties.

Tickets for Páirc Summer Series are available now on the festival website (www.paircsummerseries.com/buy-tickets) with weekend payment plans starting from as little as £30 deposit. Tickets for Saturday, Sunday, Weekend and VIP options are also on sale from as little as £47 (adult).
