Meet our team! BIA Dementia Centre Manager, Sinead McTernan

Birmingham Irish • September 17, 2020

At Birmingham Irish, we want to be sure that every single client is cared for in a supportive and warm environment that revolves completely around their physical and mental wellbeing. Without wonderful staff such as our Dementia Centre Manager of St. Anne's, Sinead McTernan, we know for a fact that this wouldn't be at all possible.

Our Sinead has been with us for many years now and knows to a tee what makes our lovely clients at St Anne's comfortable and happy.
This kind of knowledge is crucial for our sessions, as it allows specialised tailoring for groups and not only ensures that our clients get excited for our sessions and leave with a little boost, but also that their families feel relieved, safe in the knowledge that we are taking excellent care of their loved one.
Throughout the pandemic, and presently alongside our dementia centre sessions, Sinead has also taken on the role of co-ordinating our hot meal delivery services, and with over 100 meals delivered a week to date, we think she is doing an absolutely sterling job.

Thank you Sinead for the incredible work that you do, you make such a wonderful difference to our clients, both old and new.

Our next edition of our newsletter will feature another fantastic staff member from our organisation, so make sure to stay tuned!
