Introducing our ‘Move to Ireland’ pop-up clinic

Birmingham Irish • August 25, 2022

This month, we want to share a message to all those considering returning or making the move to Ireland, as we will be working in partnership with Safe Home Ireland to host a free and confidential in-person information clinic.

The clinic will take place from 2pm until 4pm on the 5th September at the Birmingham Irish Association (address below) and topics will include:

  • Making a planned return
  • Criteria for housing via Safe Home Ireland
  • Healthcare on return
  • Access to Social Welfare payments
  • Banking, driving, returning with children, nursing home care in Ireland
  • Supports on return and useful links

For more information and to register your attendance, please send an email to info@birish.org.uk or call us on 0121 604 6111.

If you would like us to cover other topics, please contact us in advance and we can tailor the session to meet your individual needs. Safe Home Ireland Officers will also be available to offer a limited number of one-to-one appointments after the clinic.
