Meet our team! BIA Service Manager, Trudy McGroarty

Birmingham Irish • January 26, 2021

Throughout the past year, our care assistance to the community has never been more crucial and many hundreds more have needed our help across the city, each in their own unique way.

As an organisation, we are proud to have offered tailored help to every single person reaching out to us, and we are certain that this could not have been possible without management from our wonderful Service Manager, Trudy McGroarty.

From organising our Christmas Toy Appeal, to keeping client preferences at the centre of everything we do, Trudy is always there for both clients and staff as a source of comfort and guidance.

Her constant support allows us to do everything possible to help the vast amount of people we now serve, but still with the warmth and kindness that our clients know and love.

Thank you so much for all of the incredible work you do for us Trudy, this makes a difference to all of our staff and every client we help on a daily basis.

Our next edition of our newsletter will feature another fantastic staff member from our organisation, so make sure to stay tuned!
