Meet our team! BIA Health Enablement Outreach Worker, Kate Boyle

Birmingham Irish • September 28, 2021

Throughout our 60 years of serving the Birmingham Irish diaspora, we have come to learn how powerful that genuine kindness in care can be when getting people back on their feet. It is now, as we all emerge together, and the effects of the pandemic on our citizens are recognised, assessed and treated, that the very real demand of kindness can be seen in full force.

We have never been prouder of our brilliant team, as every day, they each make a difference to innumerable lives across our city. Since reopening, our Health Enablement Team in particular have been helping our rising lists of clients adapt to post-pandemic life. One of these wonderful people is Health Enablement Outreach Worker, Kate Boyle.

Taking the time to genuinely listen to how our clients are feeling is ultimately how outstanding bespoke care can take place, and this is where Kate and the team truly shine. The way in which clients are heard, the true kindness in their care and their seamless teamwork, allow each and every client to receive care that mirrors that of a loving family member.

We cannot thank Kate and the team enough for the light they share with countless families and clients across our city daily. Through this kindness and care, countless of individuals are managing to navigate day to day life much more easily, and to them and their families, this is a true lifeline.

The next edition of our newsletter will feature another fantastic staff member from our organisation, so make sure to stay tuned!
