    "Since the birth of the Irish diaspora in Birmingham, we have been there in both troubled and the good times. We can safely say that the last 12 months have not been a time for celebration. It was a time of desperation where our services were needed now more than ever."

  • Annual Review 2018

    "This year thanks to a Heritage Lotteryfunded project and an as result of the culmination of painstaking work over a 12-month period we staged an exhibition recording the contribution Irish workers made to the rebuilding of Birmingham in the post-War period has attracted record numbers of visitors to the city’s museum and art gallery."

The organisation is a charitable company limited by guarantee, incorporated on 8th September 1998. It was registered as a charity on 3rd November 1998.

The company was established under a Memorandum of Association which established the objects and powers of the charitable company and is governed by its Articles of Association.

Where we operate from ..

From our central Digbeth hub we reach out to all areas of the city including community sites in Erdington, Cotteridge, Harborne, South Yardley, Sheldon, Hall Green, Brandwood, Shirley, Edgbaston, Acocks Green, Kingstanding, Handsworth, Maypole, and Kings Norton.
